National Indian Gaming Association calls for Hogen resignation

PHOENIX – The National Indian Gaming Association has called for the immediate resignation of National Indian Gaming Commission Chairman Philip Hogen and asked the Obama administration to ensure that future appointees respect tribal governments by adhering to the law, including IGRA, Indian preference, consultation, and tribal law-making authority, and more.
