A man began "sweating and suffering" and experienced a heart attack midway through downing a "Triple Bypass Burger" at the Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas on Saturday, reported Fox 5 News. The customer, believed to be in his 40s, was wheeled out by paramedics before he could finish his 6,000-calorie burger.

The unidentified man is reportedly alive and recuperating.

Jon Basso, owner of the fast food chain with the slogan "Taste Worth Dying For!", expressed his sorrow for the man's pain and embarrassment. "I actually felt horrible for the gentleman because the tourists were taking photos of him as if it were some type of stunt. Even with our own morbid sense of humor, we would never pull a stunt like that," Basso said.

The Heart Attack Grill features an ironic hospital theme and avidly promotes poor health and excessive food consumption. Customers who weigh over 350 pounds eat for free. The waitresses go by the title "Nurse" and refer to Basso as "Doctor."

The unfortunate man from Saturday night was not even consuming the fast food franchise's most lethal meal when he nearly died mid-meal. The "Quadruple Bypass Burger" exceeds 8,000 calories; the establishment also serves up Flatliner Fries and Butterfat Milkshakes.
