Looking to dive into a great powwow this weekend? Then you're in luck because we've put together a list of a few choice pow wows we're highlighting this weekend.

If one of these are in your area, head on over and enjoy some thrilling dances, lively musical performances, and, of course, delicious traditional foods.

28th Annual Circle of Nations Indigenous Association Powwow, Minnesota

When & Where: March 24th at the University of Minnesota Morris P.E. Center in Morris, Minnesota

Saturday’s festivities will begin at 11a.m on the University of Minnesota Morris campus. There will be two grand entrances at 1pm and 7pm. Your MC will be Jerry Dearly from St. Paul, Minnesota. For more information about this event, click here.

31st Harold A. Cedartree Memorial Pow Wow, Utah

When & Where: March 23rd – March 24th in the Wilkilson Center Main Ball Room in Provo, Utah

Celebrating its 31st year, the Harold A. Cedartree Memorial Pow at Brigham Young University will be centered around several dance competitions. Competitions will include Men’s Fancy, Women’s Jungle Dress, Tiny Tots, and more. For more information about this event, click here.

38th Annual Denver March Pow Wow, Colorado

When & Where: March 23rd – March 25th in the Denver Coliseum in Denver, Colorado.

This year’s Denver March Pow Wow will begin each day at 10am. Festivities will include dance competitions, Powwow Princess coronation, authentic Native American arts and crafts stands, traditional foods like fry bread, and more. The Denver March Powwow Song “A Living Hoop” will accompany each grand entry. For more information about this event, click here.

24th Natchez Pow Wow, Mississippi

When & Where: March 24th – March 25th at the Grand Village of Natchez Indians in Natchez, Mississippi.

The Natchez Pow Wow will be filled with Gourd and Intertribal dancing. According to their website there will be no dance contest but “LOTS of good singing and dancing and FUN!” There will also be authentic Native American crafts available throughout the weekend at designated craft booths.
