New York Sources: Repositories and Imagination

As part of the Finding Family Genealogy Workshop Series, the National Archives at New York City will present "New York Sources: Repositories and Imagination—Where to go for your records" on Tuesday, June 12 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the National Archives, 201 Varick Street, 12th Floor, in New York City.

Guest lecturer Art Sniffin will give an overview of New York area resources including the New York State Archives, New York State Library, probate, court and local government records along with suggestions on the most effective way to research them.
