Scenes from the Idle No More Protest at The Grove in Los Angeles

On Saturday, January 19, Natives gathered at The Grove, an outdoor shopping and entertainment complex in Los Angeles, for an Idle No More demonstration. It being L.A., a number of Native celebrities were on hand, including musician Quese IMC, artist Sheridan MacKnight, model/actresses Shauna and Shannon Baker, actor Zahn McClarnon, actress Q'orianka Kilcher, musician and comic book artist Arigon Starr, and musician Crystle Lightning.

C'mon, people!
Where are the SIGNS demanding things? It just looks like a party. A happy hangout. Singing and dancing alone never caused any government to change its laws. C'mon, stop turning this into a party.
