The San Diego State University men’s baseball team took a break from their usual red and black uniforms to dress up for Halloween.

They didn't play an actual game, but the Aztecs hosted their annual Halloween Baseball Contest and Game earlier this week.

Team members dressed up in blue smurf costumes, Captain America, President Obama, a baby,  and the Jamaican Bobsled team from the 1993 movie Cool Runnings. The team split up in to two teams, either the red team, or the black team. Ultimately, the black team won the game, 5-3.

According to the Associated Press, in 2000 the university considered replacing the logo of a red-faced, glaring Indian with a more accurate image that would represent their 76 year-old tradition. At the time, American Indian and Latino groups charged the logo as offensive and racist.

Since then, the university changed its logo, which is now looks like a red and black spear.

Their next game is on November 2nd and they play the New Mexico Lobos.
