Video: Treaty or Not? The Affordable Care Act & Indian Country Ep. 3
Episode 3 of Mark Trahant’s in depth look at the Affordable Care Act focuses on the idea of competition and the lack there of within the Health system – especially the Indian health system.

With the Affordable Care Act clinics serving Indian country will now have to run like a business instead of a government agency in order to compete.
