A kangaroo has less than 2 percent body fat and if hamburgers were made of kangaroo meat instead of beef, it would cut down on greenhouse emissions. In the attached video, an excerpt from Australian Nomads by Oski Pictures, we see kangaroo tails cooked in ashes buried in the ground.
