It's going to be a beautiful day (regardless of the weather) in Grande Ronde, Oregon, tomorrow, as the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde kick off their 28th Annual Restoration Celebration.  Restoration Celebration Events kick off at 10 a.m. at the Tribal Plankhouse off Hebo Road, near the Tribal pow wow grounds.
