Video Shows Mentally-Ill Man Tasered by Tribal Police

MyFoxPhoenix.com reports on the story of Robert Denoyelles, a 6'6", 250-pound mentally-ill man who was Tasered by a Yavapai Prescott Tribal Police officer. While the man wasn't showing signs of aggression toward the officer, he also ignored seven commands to turn around and put his hands in the air.
Originally, Denoyelles was jailed for resisting arrest, a charge that has since been dropped by the county attorney. He will instead face a disorderly conduct charge.
