The Daily Show's Aasif Mandvi uncovers a complex web of liaisons, family alliances and political infiltration in his hard-hitting investigation of the J.R. Simplot Company.

The Daily Show Takes on Simplot, the Two-Headed Trout and Selenium Poisoning

The Daily Show, Jon Stewart's Comedy Central source for news, has hit it out of the park with an investigation into the J.R. Simplot Company and its assertions that two-headed trouts do not indicate an overabundance of the pollutant selenium in the waters.

Simplot's mining operations have been polluting southern Idaho for decades, but the company grabbed international attention when a two-headed trout appeared near its Smoky Canyon phosphate mine earlier this year. In May, Daily Show correspondent Aasif Mandvi visited the affected area to look for answers. See the hilarious result.

Put your money in your land and infrastructures as imermvpoent. Don't buy gold now. It is going to crash, as it is highly over rated/priced right now. Land.. always land.
