Elizabeth Warren Stumps Bankers at a Senate Banking Committee hearing

Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren, Massachusetts, in her first hearing as a member of the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee on January 14 where she asked a group of lawyers what appeared to be a simple question.

When was the last time you took a Wall Street bank to trial?

None of the lawyers she asked could give her a direct answer, as she pushed further on the matter.

She closes the video by stating, "There are district attorneys and United States attorneys out there every day squeezing ordinary citizens on sometimes very thin grounds and taking them to trial in order to make an example, as they put it. I'm really concerned that 'too big to fail' has become 'too big for trial.'"

Its simple and done all the time. The politicians who take money, pressure the attorneys not to press charges or pursue. In fact, it might lead a trail right back to the the politicians. Corruption at all levels of the all governments is the key.
