Be careful what you wish for. No one presented other minorities with TV channels. BET and TV One were originated by black entrepreneurship. BET was sold out to a corporation which then put caricatures of black people on it. Caricatures played by black actors for the mockery and pleasure of a largely white audience. You know...like "black face" without the makeup. Even worse, images of blacks as criminals. That the thing. To succeed you would have to be as willing to put up with allot of "red face". You would need to be willing to put up with allot of feathers and leathers. Without those things, to a frightening number of people, Indians just look Latino. Would that really be good? To succeed such a channel would have to present a image of American Indians that the mass market can be comfortable with. The grass is pretty dang wilted on either side of the fence.
