WE Navajos are to believe this man Harrison Tsosie who is under investigation for allege corruption charges by the team of special prosecutors looking into corruption up to the highest Navajo officials in the Navajo government. The reason the people are in an uproar is that the Navajo government has no basis for truth. When more than 3/4 fourths of 88 elected Navajo legislators are investigated for millions of misspent Navajo funds and awaiting possible prosecution, and when the Navajo people reduced the current legislators from 88 to 24 council delegates is enough to give the Navajo people the frustration of believing the current navajo government and its elected leaders. I for one believe that this deal is not good enough for our future. Why give up water for a power plant that continue to disrespect our land and people? I am against this lousy deal. It doesnt take a lawyer to see the what is right and wrong. His statement is an insult to our elders who are also apart of those opposing this no good deal that rewards outside interests.
