I am a voter from Arizona, one of the Apache Tribes. It would have been nice to hear your personal stories. This is the first time I have read anything about you, although I did know about you being an educated person with a Harvard Law Degree. (From your website.) Obviously you have knowledge about US government and the policy process. And you could have a been a strong voice for the 22 Native American tribes in AZ. There are Native American voters here who look for qualities in a candidate. Personally, listen for bona fide answers to questions, not answers that just sound good, as a voter I don't consider CD1 seat a popularity contest. Don't get me wrong,I don't think that thats what you were doing, unlike another Native American candidate a few years ago. I think alot of us can relate to the long hours we have to wait in the IHS emergency rooms when all of the appointments for the week have been allocated out. Sorry to hear about your Grandmother. This is what I mean by looking for qualities in someone who knows and understands, for example, what an appropriations bill is. I know Ann Kirkpatrick, she did her best.
