As a former DSS empoyee who was fired. I will testify to what Brandon Taliaferro is saying is true. Because of a house fire that took our home on July 9th, 2012, I no longer have the documentation of the pleas to the State of South Dakota to change what was going on during my appeal process. However, if you are willing to pay my attorney for his time to review the documents presented and for the copies, I will give you my FULL permission to view what he feels will not get me procecuted. As Brandon said, they live in fear. I tried to make a simple statement with my appeal process that cost me over $20,000.00. I still lost, because everybody viewing the documents knew little to nothing about what goes on in the department. And they are State appointed or employees.
