Once again, kudos to you. When I first met federal Indian law, I concluded it was a line drawn in the tracks of a drunk. Then I realized it was a line drawn in the tracks of an armed, venal drunk with a bible. Then I realized it was not only federal Indian law defined by this drunk's tracks. The drunken line applies to everyone who has anything over which the drunk wants authority. Thanks, Steve.!
