I think you statement "While the move to suburbia came at the expense of 38% higher rates of accidental deaths, 54% higher rates of diabetes, and 126% higher rates of liver disease and cirrhosis" is misleading because it sounds as if only Native Americans in urban areas are faced with these statistics which isn't correct. Clearly the study says that urban Indians face "shared challenges" with reservation Indians. It should be written that when Native Americans move to urban areas, they still face higher negative health statistics. Not "at the expense".
