It's on: As we reported earlier today, "fire season" has returned to Arizona and New Mexico. Last year was a devastating one, with the Wallow Fire setting a record as the largest wildfire in Arizona history. The dry conditions in the region, which contains numerous Indian reservations, make it a veritable tinderbox -- until the monsoons come, in late summer.
