Muscogee (Creek) Nation Chief A.D. Ellis said a dream is finally becoming a reality. Creek Nation Casino unveiled the name and plans of its $160 million casino project at a Tuesday press conference. The River Spirit Casino at 81st Street and Riverside Drive is set to open in February. Creek Nation Casino’s current facility will close once phase one of River Spirit officially opens.
