In a historic breakthrough in tribal-union relations, the Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprise and the UAW at Foxwoods jointly announced an agreement Oct. 31 to negotiate a union contract under Tribal Law, without either party waiving its rights under federal law.  Story coming next week.
