An argument between two Robeson County jail inmates over the Lumbee and Cherokee Indians ended in a fight Monday morning, jail officials said. Jail officials found Frederick Sherman Locklear, 24, of the 400 block of Ingle Drive in Red Springs, and Kenryn Lee McMillian, 26, of Pembroke, bleeding in their cells.
