The Mashpee Wampanoag tribe is putting its future gambling interests in the hands of the company responsible for bankrolling Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Connecticut. In a tentative deal announced yesterday afternoon at Mashpee High School, 150 tribe members heard tribal leaders announce a new partnership with Arkana Limited, an affiliate of Kien Huat. The Malaysian-based company is part of gambling giant Genting Group.
