A $4 million federally funded grant will help build an American Indian medical clinic in Ottawa County, said Kim Chuculate, Northeastern Tribal Health System spokeswoman on Tuesday. "We are plowing new ground,” Chuculate said. "This will allow better care for tribal members.”
