RCMP have identified remains found yesterday as belonging to missing Sagkeeng First Nation teenager Tyler Arkinson. The boy's body was found on the south shore of Fort Alexander on the Winnipeg River yesterday afternoon and transported to Winnipeg’s Health Sciences Centre for autopsy, where the remains were positively identified today.
