Kan. Attorney General Seeks To Stop Indian Casino

Kansas Attorney General Steve Six contends that an American Indian tribe based in Oklahoma should not be allowed to build a casino near Wichita. The Wyandotte Nation of Oklahoma wants to build a casino on land it owns near Park City. Six has asked the U.S. Department of the Interior to review a 1984 law that allowed the same tribe to buy land and build a casino in Kansas City, Kan.
