Tex Hall to give tribal speech to Legislature
Three Affiliated Tribes Chairman Tex Hall is speaking to the Legislature about the relationship between North Dakota's state government and its American Indian tribal governments. By tradition, a North Dakota tribal chairman gives the speech during the Legislature's first week. When Hall speaks on Thursday, it will be the second time he's given the address. In 2003, he was the first chairman to speak to a joint session of the North Dakota House and Senate.
