A Veteran’s Day Message From Obama: ‘Thank You’

President Barack Obama released a message on November 9, as many communities around the country commemorated Veteran’s Day with special events. In his message, the president by saying “Thank you.”

Obama addressed the issues facing many of the veterans today when they return home from active duty – the search for jobs, health care and education.

In the message Obama says, “We’ve made progress getting our vets back to work. But we’ve got a lot more work to do. And as more than a million of our troops return to civilian life, we’re going to have to work even harder. Because the skill, dedication, and courage of our troops is unmatched and when they come home we all benefit from their efforts to build a stronger America and a brighter future for our kids.”

The veterans have a tough trip ahead. Obama wants to legalize 20 to 30 million aliens. Can you imagine when they hit the work force.........Good paying jobs will be even harder to find.
