But don’t leave the table without trying dessert.

The chocolate truffle tart is perfected with strawberries mimosa cream, and served with rosewater flavored creme ang'laise. Yum!

Trip Advisor has awarded TS Steakhouse, in Verona, N.Y., its certificate of excellence. Inspired by the cultural dining history of the Oneida Indians and their practice of “eating the seasons” through locally sourced and sustainable foods, the steakhouse delivers fine dining favorites created with seasonal ingredients, its website says.

Their pan seared cakes are filled with jumbo lump crab, pickled apple-fennel salad, and topped with grilled poblano aioli.

Inside Buffalo Thunder Resort in Santa Fe, N.M., the Red Sage restaurant features new American grill cuisine, and has an extensive list of menu offerings.

The braised Talus wind lamb is priced at $37, and comes with french gnocchi, mushrooms, arugula and house made ricotta. Pair the lamb with their caramelized brussels sprouts -- with lemon, garlic, and a unique twist, chili vinaigrette -- for a delicious meal, prepared by head Chef Edgar Morales.
